Who doesn't love holiday food? Something that's extra special is the fact that Alan and I have started our own family and that includes our own traditions. Alan and I both came from families that serve cornbread dressing for Thanksgiving. When we got back from Mesquite for Thanksgiving I had the chance to make my own. We had our very own holiday meal, and boy was it good! Still not as good as Mimi's, but I'm gonna work on it. :o) (PS - Thanks Aunt Elizabeth for the awesome roaster!)
